Happy black Friday to anyone reading this post the day it comes out. Fun fact: I’ve never actually gone shopping on Black Friday. Mostly because I grew up on an island. Nantucket doesn’t have any mall or large franchises. I love it. I do, of course, miss having Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s and Target nearby but my wallet is probably grateful. Also, the idea of waking up super early, waiting for hours in the cold and being in super crowded shopping centers are three things I can happily live without. If it is your jam I totally get that too. However, you’re spending the day after Thanksgiving I hope you’re loving it.
