My guest, Georgina Berbari shares how to develop a joyful yoga practice on this week’s episode of The Chasing Joy Podcast.
On this week’s episode I talk to the wonderful yoga teacher, journalism student and instagrammer behind @thelittleflowerpetal, Georgina Berbari. Georgina is a constant source of light and inspiration to so many. We talk all about her yoga journey and how anyone and everyone can get something out from a yoga practice, yes, even the football team she teaches.
Georgina’s is one of the first accounts I started following when I got an instagram for this blog. She started like me, sharing mostly food pictures and usually including some beautiful flowers in there too. Over time she’s transitioned away from sharing mostly food to sharing different yoga poses and positive inspiring messages. Her words are so wonderful and insightful. She’s wise beyond her years and has some pretty sick yoga moves.
I wanted to have Georgina on because yoga has become a bigger part of my own life and I’ve noticed the lives around me. I’ve gotten quite a few requests for an episode on yoga so I immediately thought of Georgina.
