Odds To Win The Masters 2017 – January 15 Edition

Odds to win the Masters 2017As Justin Thomas closes out a record breaking week at the Sony Open In Hawaii, he is considered a 33/1 favorite to win this year’s Masters.

Invest in him now. Those are the best odds you’re going to get with Justin Thomas.

As you might expect, Jason Day and Jordan Spieth along with Rory McIlroy are the odds-on favorites to win this year’s Masters tournament. All are excellent choices. If McIlroy gets hot around April, there is no one on the planet who can come close. Jordan Spieth always seems to be in the thick of things. And when he is healthy, Jason Day has what may be the best all-around game. When he’s healthy.

Following Day, McIlroy and Spieth is Dustin Johnson at 10/1, I am actually surprised that the 2016 US Open winner is not considered by the bettors as being in the same category as the previous three. Were not not for a couple of bad turns of luck, Johnson could be a three or four-time Major winner at this point. He has wins in each of the last nine years. That’s quite an impressive streak. Last year, he had fifteen top tens in 22 starts.

Hideki Matsuyama at 12/1 is also probably under valued. Matsuyama’s ball striking is simply remarkable, and he has won three times in 2016.

Following Matsuyama are the foursome of Tiger Woods, Adam Scott, Bubba Watson and Phil Mickelson at 20/1. I am not convinced that Tiger Will ever win another Major. Similarly, Phil may be done. Adam Scott, and Bubba have some game left, however. Don’t be surprised if Bubba adds another green jacket to his closet.
